When my brother and I moved here, we had no idea that this would turn into the home of our business. New England does that to you — there's something very familiar about it. That's why we stayed.
We grew up in the industry. Dishwasher, prep cook, bartender — we did it all. And we knew that one day we'd have our own restaurant. Today we have three locations and a food truck, but the heart is the same.
"In Mexico, nothing says I love you more than a home cooked meal. We want people to come to our restaurant and get an experience, not just a meal."
